  • 📅 Dates: September 21st–23rd, 2026
    📍 Location:Highway Gilston, Gold Coast QLD

    Band Camp runs over three days, with on-site accommodation included. You’ll be surrounded by nature, creativity, and passionate people, all in one incredible venue designed to help you grow in your calling and craft.

    • Full access to all Band Camp sessions (songwriting, vocal & musician masterclasses, Ableton/MD workshops, and more)

    • On-site accommodation at Highway Gilston (optional)

    • Meals are provided across the three days

  • A dedicated check-in area for under-18s will be available onsite at the venue. All under-18 attendees must be signed in by a parent or guardian.

    Transport to and from Holy Ground will be provided, and parental permission forms will be required. These will be available to complete online in advance or at check-in on the day.

  • Accommodation is provided in teepee tents, each tent sleeping 4 to 5 people. Tents will be set up before you arrive and arranged according to registration type ensuring each area is clearly marked, separated, and safely monitored.

    Please note: attendees must bring their own bedding, such as a pillow, blanket, sleeping bag, or swag.

    Personal accommodation is not allowed - this includes camper vans, trailers, personal tents, or any other self-arranged lodging.

  • We’ve got most of the essentials covered, but here’s what you’ll need to bring:

    • Clothes for 3 days, including something warm for nights

    • Towel & toiletries

    • Bedding (air mattress, swag, blankets)

    • Bible & notebook

    • Chargers for your phone or devices

    • Spending money for snacks & merch

  • If you're a musician and want to play during master classes, we recommend bringing your own instrument wherever possible, especially for guitarists, bassists, or other portable instruments.

    We’ll have a full backline available (drums, keys, amps, etc.), but having your own gear helps you feel more comfortable and ready to contribute. Just make sure to label your gear clearly and bring any necessary accessories (like tuners, capos, leads, or pedals).

    Not a musician? No stress, there’s still plenty for you at Band Camp!

  • Yes, you can! If there’s someone you’d like to room with, just include their name when you register.

    Please note: accommodation is separated into guys and girls rooms, so roommate requests need to be within the same gender. While we can’t guarantee every request due to rooming logistics, we’ll do our best to make it happen!

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

    Please note that event dates and venues are subject to change at the discretion of Youth Alive QLD, and no refunds will be issued in the event of changes.
