Refund and Customer Service Policy
Youth Alive Qld is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are available for order if stated. Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision. For events run by Youth Alive Qld we do not offer a refund on the ticket sale if artists cancel or there is adverse weather at an outdoor event. If however the event as a whole is cancelled we will offer a refund on the ticket sales, in no other circumstances should a refund be expected.
When purchasing from Youth Alive Qld your financial details will be requested upon completion of an order form, Youth Alive Qld takes the security of this financial information very seriously. When you fill in your personal details you will be using a secure website (creator.zoho.com) that uses the latest 256-bit encryption (TLS 1.0) and the connection is encrypted using AES_256_CBC, with SHA1 for message authentication and RSA as the key exchange mechanism.
When you enter your personal financial details, these will be passed through the Payway.com.au service which uses 128-but SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology (TLS 1.0. connection is encrypted using RC4_128, with MD5 for message authentication and RSA as the key exchange mechanism.). These financial details are never stored on our web server, the ZOHO server or any other third party services.

Youth Alive Qld is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our email newsletter (if you elect to subscribe) and to personalise your ordering experience with us; that’s all. No information about you will be stored locally on your computer via cookies or HTML storage, unless you elect to save that information yourself.
Whenever you use our ticket ordering system or any other website, the computer on which the web pages are stored needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP Address”, and it sent automatically each time you access any internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
